Age Verification Policy

JackpotPlayArena Limited provides an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our site. Where a higher minimum age applies to you under local law (for example, some regulated gambling venues in NZ are 20+), you must meet that higher age.
1) How age-gating works
- We may display an 18+ notice and require confirmation before continuing.
- During sign-up, we may require your date of birth and confirmation that you meet the minimum age.

2) Checks we may use

3) Suspected underage users
If we suspect a user is under 18, we may restrict features, suspend access, and request proof of age. If you do not provide adequate verification within a reasonable period, we may close the account.
4) Minors & account termination
- If we confirm a user is under 18, we will terminate the account and block further access.
- Bonuses, promotions, and rewards may be voided where the user was not eligible.
- Any remaining account balance will be handled in accordance with our Terms and applicable requirements, typically by returning funds to the original payment method where feasible.
5) Parental guidance
If you are a parent/guardian, we recommend:
- Using device and app store parental controls and age ratings.
- Keeping payment methods and identity documents secure.
- Monitoring browsing and screen-time settings on shared devices.
If you believe a minor has accessed our service, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
