Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 March 2026

These Terms apply to JackpotPlayArena.com (the “Service”), a social casino entertainment portal for users in New Zealand.

1) Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Service. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If we believe an account is used by a minor, we may suspend or terminate it.

2) Social casino only (no gambling)

The Service is for entertainment. Any virtual coins/credits/tokens and virtual items are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or anything of value. No real-world prizes are offered through gameplay.

3) Accounts & security

4) In-app purchases (if offered)

If the Service offers purchases, you may be able to buy virtual coins or items for use only within the Service. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable licence to use virtual items. All sales are final except where refunds are required by New Zealand law or applicable app-store payment policies. Prices may change and availability may vary.

5) Acceptable use

6) Suspension & termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access (and remove virtual items) if you breach these Terms, we suspect fraud, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that virtual items will always be available. Gameplay outcomes are simulated and not indicative of real-world gambling odds.

8) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Complaints & disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, these Terms are governed by New Zealand law and disputes may be brought in the courts of New Zealand.
